From a fatherless, homeless high school dropout to an extraordinary man
Long before PETER HONORE became The Thinker and a sought-after Idea Consultant, his life was riddled with suffering and trials. From his father abandoning his family at the age of 5, to sleeping in a car with his mom and sisters for over a year, to drug abuse and dropping out of high school, to facing up to 35 years in prison, Peter’s story is a crystal-clear example of how suffering and opposition, if repurposed, can lead to triumph and victory. Fast forward years later, at the age of 19, Peter found himself, bitter, lost and blaming everyone for his problems in life. While sitting on the floor of his apartment a light bulb went off in his head. He realized that although he experienced a such a problematic life up until that point, that is was his way of thinking about his life that was perpetuating the problem. He lacked what so many people did, wisdom, understanding and the ability to view the world from the perspective of fighter and not a victim. Peter got down on his knees and asked God to give him wisdom and in exchange, he would abandon his destructive way of life and set his himself towards being useful to others. Today Peter is known as The Thinker and is an Idea Consultant who helps individuals, CEO and founders develop ideated systems of thinking to help them maximize their productivity and unlock their latent potential. He has help people from all over the world view their troubles and obstacle from the perspective of a fighter who is able to overcome and endure every challenge they face, rather than a victim of circumstance.
